You will probably have at least 6 years experience in Microsoft server & workstation technologies in different environments.

Communication skills both written & verbal
Ability to follow a task through to completion without prompting.
Ability to improve processes & make recommendations on process improvement.
Technical documentation & Network Diagrams
Ability to account for time through a time sheet system.
Proposal & Quoting ability
Invoice negotiation skills
Handling client expectations
